With a deep passion for patient care, Alex is dedicated to making your journey not only seamless and medically excellent, but also genuinely supportive and reassuring. She leads our team with clarity and care, ensuring every detail reflects the high standards we’re proud to uphold, whether she’s personally assisting you or working behind the scenes to make everything run effortlessly.
Abby Ostinga
Abby radiates warmth and genuine empathy, bringing a personal touch to every interaction. She’s dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure each of our patients feels cared for, supported, and completely at ease. Whether you’re visiting our practice or speaking with her on the phone, Abby’s welcoming presence sets the tone for the compassionate care we provide. Driven by a passion for excellence and innovation, she’s always brimming with ideas that enhance our patient experience and continually elevate the way our practice operates.
Emma Boyle
Positive, organised and endlessly approachable, Emma is one of the first points of contact in our practice. Alongside her role supporting our clinical and surgical teams, she is currently completing her studies in Social Work, bringing a deeply person-centred lens to every interaction. Emma has a natural gift for putting patients at ease, offering not only administrative support, but compassion, calm, and genuine care at what can be vulnerable moments. With a passion for advocacy and patient wellbeing, she ensures every individual feels heard, guided, and supported throughout their surgical journey.
Lauren Crosby
Lauren is currently on maternity leave and not shown in this photo, but we know she’ll be back amongst the team when the time is right. Bringing extensive background in patient centred care and a wealth of strategic and administrative experience all the way from the UK, she is dedicated to ensuring you know you are not alone as you make important decisions about your treatment. Along with Abby and Emma, she will be one of the first people you’ll meet at our Practice, offering a listening ear and a friendly face. Lauren also helped curate our social media presence, which is an important part of our commitment to public education.
